Executive Leadership
Racheal leads the vision, strategy, and overall operations of The Katie B Organization. This role oversees community initiatives, partnerships, and programming designed to equip foster youth with the tools needed for independence and long-term success.
Denisha manages programs that support youth and families, including workforce readiness initiatives, educational workshops, and community events. This role ensures that all programming aligns with the organization’s mission and delivers meaningful outcomes.
Paulette oversees budgeting, financial planning, and compliance to ensure the organization operates with transparency and accountability. This role supports the organization’s financial health while maintaining trust with donors and sponsors.
